Lorraine Randell, Founder
Lorraine helps organizations solve complex challenges by creating spaces where innovation, compassion, and creative thinking foster learning and impactful change. With over 25 years of experience in professional design, she holds a Master of Design in Strategic Foresight and Innovation from OCAD University and has taught Strategy and Systems Thinking in the Strategic Foresight and Innovation and Design for Health Master of Design programs at OCAD U since 2019. Lorraine has worked with clients ranging from small nonprofits to Fortune 50 companies, excelling at engaging diverse stakeholders through collaborative processes and using systems thinking and design to develop comprehensive, accessible solutions.
